The room with a bath. The location was peaceful and ideal, in a nice area kind of like a park and the interior design was very modern. Also, it was 5 min drive from Hailesland Place.

All in all - we really enjoyed this place & would stay here again. Everything was perfect, affable staff made our stay nice. Magnificent location - just a walk down to everywhere we needed. The hotel was set 400 metres from the bus stop. It was decent size and soundproof room with a laptop-compatible safe, central heating, and an iron.

Was a nice place for trip. I lovely spend 2 nights in Edinburgh. The staff was superfriendly and cooperative, I'm grateful for their help. The location was stunning and the services were good. Plus, it was 10 minutes drive by car from Chrichton Castle. The hotel had a very nice restaurant with a decent bar and restaurant.

The service was absolutely very good. Booked a room with 2 single beds. I was offered a warm breakfast for vegetarians. The hotel was placed in the remote location in the University Campus.

The hotel had a remote setting on the outskirts of Edinburgh. It was also short walk to buses to-and-from the downtown of Edinburgh, town centre, and restaurant was great. The room was well laid out and high-class with a lovely big bathroom, a bath, for instance and safety measures included smoke detectors.
